ZINC-RICH GALVANIZING COMPOUND

Uses:  Surfaces subject to severe corrosion and rust conditions, such as fences, gutters, bridges, structural steel, wrought iron, farm equipment; ideal as a maintenance spray for highways, food plants, power plants, refineries or damaged galvanized surfaces.

	Fast-drying, high-solids, high-performance, epoxy-based coating.
	Provides maximum protection to steel exposed to severe corrosive environments.
	Fuses zinc to the metal substrate to protect against corrosion; equal to or better than hot-dipped galvanizing.
	97% pure zinc dust.
	Excellent anti-sag and anti-settling properties.
	May be topcoated with conventional primers or finish coats.
	Highly resistant to salt corrosion and water.
	Meets or exceeds performance requirements to MIL-P-26915C.
	Outstanding weld through primer.

WELDERS' STAINLESS STEEL PROTECTIVE COATING

Uses:  Exhaust and steam pipes, mufflers, radiators, production equipment, engines, furnaces, plumbing fixtures, chemical processing equipment.

	Provides maximum corrosion resistance on metal, chrome, ceramic and copper surfaces.
	Formulated with 100% Type 316L stainless steel pigment.
	Dries quickly to a satin sheen.
	Hardens overnight and cures in just a few days.
	Use to cover discoloration in weld areas.
	Equipped with DanVern standard valve.

SILVER GALV - Sacrificial coating that inhibits corrosion on ferrous metals.

Uses:  Food plants, automotive plants, refineries, nuclear facilities, power plants and transmission towers; fences, gutters, bridges, structural steel, wrought iron, farm equipment, damaged galvanized surfaces; highway maintenance and marine applications.

	Excellent touch-up for repair of galvanized substrates.
	Produces dry coating with the bright finish of hot-dip galvanizing.
	Recommended dry film thickness of 1.5 to 3.0 mils.
	VOC-compliant.
	Dries to touch in 30 minutes.
	May be recoated after 2-16 hours, or after 36 hours.

WELDERS' POWDERED ANTI-SPATTER

Uses:  All types of maintenance and production welding, construction, body shops.

	Prevents spatter from sticking to metal surfaces during welding.
	Non-methylene chloride formula.
	Easily removed by brushing or wiping.
	Does not contain silicone.
	Surface may be painted after use.

WELDERS' LIQUID ANTI_SPATTER

Uses:  Contact tips, weldments, electrode holders, fixtures, resistance welding tips and wheels. 

	Keeps welding tips and nozzles clean.
	Prevents weld spatter from adhering.
	Non-greasy.
	Effective for all types of welding, especially Mig and Tig tips.
	Does not contain silicone.
	Non-methylene chloride formula.
	Surface may be painted after use.

Q.A. INSPECTOR™ CLEANER, PENETRANT & DEVELOPER

Uses:  Turbine blades, molds, structural beams, pipes, other metal and nonporous, nonmetal parts.

	Three-part quality assurance system.
	Detects and locates cracks and defects in metals and non-porous, non-metal parts.
	Meets or exceeds performance requirements to MIL-L-25135.
	Meets or exceeds performance requirements for NAVSHIPS 250-1500 MIL-STD-271-D.

1. Use 00743 Cleaner to pre-clean surfaces.
2. Spray 00744 Penetrant and let it seep into any cracks and crevices.
3. Wipe surface and spray 00745 Developer.  Faults, cracks or pores will be revealed in red.
