Job Description

As one of Alphasource's customer service representatives you will help supply our industrial and nuclear power generation clients found across the globe with FME (Foreign Material Exclusion) & safety products. Alphasource is known amongst these companies as an encyclopedia of safety information for the niche operations our customer base performs. As a representative of Alphasource you'll be expected to learn about the products we supply, their use case, and other details that are necessary to help our customers. If hired you will be working closely with the entire team to coordinate order fulfilment, so good communication skills are greatly considered in the hiring process.
